A Tiny Sapling

I'm a tiny sapling, Of the green verdant world. Help me! I'm new, foreign, Scared of the empty earth, Where dark clouds hide the sun. I'm a tiny sapling, And loneliness bites me, For my kindred all died, Before I was born here, There's no one by my side. I'm a tiny sapling, And this grey grey world is, For me, quite horrific. Yet I will fight to live, As long my life can stick. I'm a tiny sapling, I grow against all odds, Because my will is strong. But I won't stay always... Unless Man rights his wrong.
