I wait, for a way back to you
To see you at every dawn and dusk
To unify, as if parted for a million years
To live the love we never experienced.
I wait to see you,
When time decides for our paths
To meet again.
When I’ll see you bathing,
In the dusky beam, out in the wilderness.
And as I bid you farewell,
I choose a few words prudent,
For, I do not want you to bemoan,

Know that I’ve fled from this vile world
