Blank Pages

Rummaging through the strewn faded pages Of jumbled life, with waning sanity  Every day a struggle, to recall names and faces, Often lost in familiar places She; her eyes empty. Looming shadows; a lurking  thief stealing hues of the canvas  Of life, achrome moments evanescing  Leaving no traces behind. Rust-eaten senses and ceased time's concept, Her blank sky overcast by sundowning. Recalls flicker and die; demented life Rummaging through the strewn faded pages.
