Defying Storms

Storms with thunderous noise Roars in heart, Emotions vacillate like tide… When I hear a li’l voice To fresh start, Making dubiety subside. I repose with a smile Come what may! ‘You may lock me, you may block me.’  I’ll carry on for miles. Like sunray. Shine I will, grey may the day be. Like dark clouds, gloom may spread, Snatching smiles. But I'll march with a spirit bright. Never say die, I'll tread Paths unlit, In storms too, I'll shine with the light.
