Uncle, uncle, have you any food? Yes boy, yes boy, three bags full. One for my daughter and one for my mate, And one for the dog who guards our gate. Madam, madam, have you any food? Yes boy, yes boy, pudding and rice, Some for myself and some for my son, And rest for the cat who drives away mice. Grandpa, grandpa, have you any food? Yes I do, but not for you; Only for those very diligent ones, Who work through the day under the sun. Mama, mama, I bought some food. Oh, my son it sounds so good. Toiled in the vast field all day I,  That is why some food I could buy. Oh son, oh son I am so very glad, That you have learnt to work with your hand, Now you never should ask for good, Uncle, uncle have you any food?     Penmancy gets a small share of every purchase you make through these links, and every little helps us continue bringing you the reads you love!
