Her Hidden Stories

Every woman hides a story, grim, dark Haunts her often, too distressing to bear Indelible memories leave a mark People around, naive and unaware! “Infecund”, “Sterile”, titles they confer Every woman hides a story, grim, dark Unable to conceive, oh! they judge her Unbeknownst of her miscarriage, they bark! They loathe the journey she wants to embark Terming them as taboos and distractions Every woman hides a story, grim, dark Her grisly past scathed by horrid actions! They sneer at those scars on her fragile skin Spiteful tongue spouting venomous remark A proud firefighter she has always been Every woman hides a story, grim, dark!   Penmancy gets a small share of every purchase you make through these links, and every little helps us continue bringing you the reads you love!
