Unspoken Love

The letters lay crushed Regular visitors of trash Any chance of salvation Washed away by tears. They knew our love was All I wanted But restrained by fears inside I let society decide. My letters will accompany me To my pyre Together, be set on fire Our ashes, interspersed. Difficult to discern Which particles had my words And which, my blood Joined forever, and mixed in mud.
